Based on the GitHub project https://github.com/xyTom/Url-Shorten-Worker The idea is to stand up a small web service on Cloudflare's Workers and use Cloudflare's KV as the "database". The free tier of Cloudflare's KV allows "100,000 key-value reads per day", and I did not want it exposed to people who would just scan it. So let us modify it a little.
