How to Bulk Mute All Telegram Groups and Channels

Preface

I've joined a lot of groups and channels, and I like to set groups and channels to muted status.

However, going through each one via the right-click menu is way too much work.

So, is there any way to bulk-set them?

The workflow is to iterate through each dialog in this dialog folder and set it to "Mute forever"

Test 1

Launch the program and test. Found that the new feature was not generated.

Reported the test result back to the Agent. The Agent said the Folder in the sidebar and at the top are different code, the previous modification was for the top one. 

So code was added for the sidebar, adding the feature entry point.
